Features

• Plate based curve fitting. New Setup Plugin which allows defining plates, importing plate readers files or manually entering data, controlling the quality of plate data, and calculating normalized values and curve fits.

Improvements

• Setup editor enhancements. When editing a setup, the UI now changes depending on the plugin type for the setup. This includes easier management of constants.
• SAR management in Setup editor. Instead of users having to know that setting the hypothesis role to Object or Object Variable on a constant will influence the variations created by the system, there now is a UI to pick constants. Users can now also change name on Variations.
• Experiment Import QC. Now compounds and batches in a setup, that share the same Group Name are validated. If the batch is not belonging to the compound, upload is blocked.
• Experiment import now present a user with a summary of unmapped columns and parameters when leaving the Mapping screen.
• Experiment import now supports Excel files.
• Clinical studies: Instead of writing the names of the columns representing Compound and CompoundBatch on the details tab in the study, the system now figures that out based on the data type of columns in the sub domain definition setups. Sub domain result sets are now named after the study, not the domain.
• Data import: CompoundCombinationBatch have been added.
• Data import: All data types now have an Experiments tab on each individual records detail page. Listing all experiments having a parameter of that data type with that value.
• Compound export: Columns with concatenated lists of synonyms and batches have been added.
• Setup export: Units used by the setup have been added to the export.
• Grids: Added a general option to show/hide all columns.
• Grids: Added a general option to select everything from database when checking the Select all checkbox.
• Added URL as a data type.

Fixes

• Clinical studies: Attachment of files have been enabled. The admin tab grid now sorts. The admin tab now reloads on activation, not only on study load.
• When creating a compound, redirects to the new compound instead of Compounds grid.
• Data import: Deleting some entity records (Strain) spew strange errors.
• Experiment view did not always show both batch name and origin batch name columns.
• Setup => Results view would crash if sorting was set on column in different setup type.
• SAR: Compound picker could show duplicates of compounds. Also possible to select a variant of a setup without Compound parameter, causing strange detail views. Also fixed possible crashs if value column of type CV (controlled variable) was selected and there was underlying data to show. Also removed unused Template columns from all grids.
• Compound and batch creation made the numbering sequence skip two numbers.
• Experiment importer: Fixed mapping issues with parameters having a Group Name defined. Also fixed bug that sometimes would not allow import after cancelling a previous import.
• Compounds => Experiments grid was very slow to load data.
• Numerous other bugs that are either to nerdy to describe or only have relevance for the developers.
