Features

• Full Invivo plugin with new In life and Samples tabs. The full Invivo plugin will co-exist with the Invivo light plugin as an alternative solution where more in-depth detail is requiered.
• QC of entity integrity and numerical values when importing data.
• Editable tables. For this release implemented in the Invivo plugins on the Groups and In life tabs.
• Bulk import into existing experiments.

Improvements

• Multi-select dropdowns now have checkboxes in the dropwdown area.
• Clinical plugin - Delete of domain in Admin tab now also deletes related experiment.
• Clinical plugin - Domains are now sorted alphabetically.
• Setup editor - Experiments tab now have a delete button.
• Compound - Pharmacological profile numerical values are now shown in format specified by configuration on related setup parameter.
• Compound - Both grit42 compound ID and origin compound ID are now shown in header on all tabs.
• Invivo - Activity tab now allows for column resizing and the right hand activit table can be collapsed.
• Invivo - Groups tab: Speed optimization of data fetch
• Invivo - Activity tab: Speed optimization of data fetch when opening activity for edit.
• Compound - Experiments table fetch of data have had a speed optimization.
• Experiment viewer - There have been some improvements on what to show when opening vanilla type experiments. If no parameters are present in either setup, tables are not shown. Tables are also expanded by default.

Fixes

• Combination batches was limited to single batch selection. Now multiple batches can be picked based on the compounds making up the combination
• Experiment details ELN reference, Protocol and Responsible missing in Experiment overview. This is fixed for new experiments. Existing experiments have to be updated to make the information visible.
• Export from experiments now include the description sub header if it is turned on the tables.
• Clinical plugin - Error messages from initiating processing of files are now shown in UI instead of going to void.
• Clinical plugin - Import of attached files was disabled
• When registering compounds or combinations the grit42 compound id would skip two places.
• Invivo plugin - Results would show to many tabs and include wrong data.
• Invivo plugin - Activities spanning multiple months would be shown in incorrect order.
• Experiment - Various editing related errors: Group not updating, values disappearing.
• Experiment - It was possible to add new groups to Published experiments.
• Invivo - Activity tab edit form allowed for edit of activity type.
• Experiments - A drop down allowing for filtering on Raw or Result type setups have been removed.
• Experiment view - Deleted records only disappeared after screen refresh.
