Improvements

  • gritAnimals:
    - Introduced much needed Reanimate functionality on Animal level grids.
    - Enabled export on relevant grids.
    - When sacrifing, if use specification == "Found dead - during study", fix all severities to "Severe"
    - Added cell-level hyperlinking on relevant grids. For example on a cell with reference to license.
  • API: Added endpoints for batches.

Fixes

  • gritAnimals:
    - Animal form on study level had an editable use specification field, should be read-only. Was also missing the comment field.
    - Use specification picker used when sacrificing animals, had system level columns visible.
    - Mails sent by the system when orders are placed, had deep-links to the extjs version.
    - Tail cut was missing as a column on animal level grids.
    - Stable responsible field on order form is now not mandatory.
    - Status added to Template picker.
    - Age in weeks on order and animal changed from integer to text to allow ranges.
    - Animals now have all Sacrifice, Reanimate, Cage cards and Release buttons.
  • API: Fix of missing support for searching compound combinations
  • SSO: Rails upgrade related fixes for both JWT and SAML authentication. Also changes to user creation flow when SAML is enabled.
  • Compound filtering: Missing support for newer filter types "contains", "notContains", "not in", "regexp", "ne".
  • Invivo plugin: Exporting from results would result in a file named after the setup and not the result set.
  • Experiment importer: Setup selector having fixed width columns, Excel import white space errors, Excel import with blank columns with auto filters crash and validation grid that was not able to export.
Also a bug where empty result groups would be created even if only raw data was imported.
  • Clinical study: Bug that left sub-domain result sets dangling and detached if deleting from Experiment page.
  • Forgot password: Flow was broken because of rails upgrade.
  • Rendering of numerics in form fields could be confusing if having regional settings other than english. Fixed to allways show english formatted numbers.
  • Date columns sometimes showed wrong time.
  • Compound registration had ELN and Protocol fields specific to Experiment import added to the list of possible columns to map.
