Intro to grit project overviews

Projects

In the grit42 platform, projects are an analysis tool enabling scientists to aggregate final result data from multiple setups and experiments based on compounds and/or individual batches, and display it in a grid. The columns of a Project grid represent either final result data of a Setup, or properties of a Compound.

Configuring a project

A basic project is actually very simple. You create a new empty project, then add the compounds, setups and result columns you want to see. That’s it! If some of your experiment data is based, for instance, on an Animal Species, you can also decide to split some result columns according to the Species tested in the experiment.

You can also add scatter plots where you can see if the results correlate and finally you can export the dataset for further analysis in other external tools.
