Find experiments

Several ways to find and view experiments

The experiments - as the name indicates - holds the actual experimental data uploaded to the grit42 platform under the relevant Setup (in vitro, in silico assay or animal model).

The experiments and the data can be found in several ways. The best/most relevant route depends on where you are in the system and what you are looking to see/answer specifically. 

Finding the experiments

1. From the compound/details view the “Experiments” tab will list all the experiments the selected compound is part of

1. From the Setup (as shown above) you can - on the “Experiments” tab - find a list of all the experiments currently stored in the database under the selected Setup

1. Finally, you can go directly to the list of all experiments in the system by selecting the “Experiments” menu item. The Setup name is included in the view so the list of experiments can be sorted and filtered based on the Setup.
