Adding synonyms to the compounds

The platform supports having several names (Synonyms) for the same compound

Adding synonyms (different names/ID’s) to Compounds

The synonyms could be different trade names (from different regions) or different internal company id’s or even a “nickname” that a standard compound is known by.

The synonyms of a compound can be found by clicking on the relevant compound row in the Compounds grid which will take you to the underlying compound info. Then go to the “Synonyms” tab to see the current registered synonyms. 

In order to add a new synonym name click the “New synonym” button on the top right of the screen.

Add the new synonym (name or ID) in the appearing form and click “Create synonym”.
